4)..DESIRE:-Desire(rather burning desire) can help you to be motivated for long and its comparatively easy to acquire and mantain persistence in pursuing the object of intense desire.
5)..ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE:-Guessing instead of Knowing destroys persistence. Knowing that your plans are sound,based upon experience and observation,encourages persistence.
6)..COOPERATION:-Be cooperative with others it will tend to develop the persistence.
7) WILL POWER:-The habbit of concentrating your thoughts upon the building of plans for the attainment of a definite purpose leads to persistence.

How to write CV

Your CV(Curriculum Vitae) is your sales representative.Give it the good suit of clothes so it will stand out in bold contrast to anything a prospective employer is looking for.Moreover,if you sell yourself to an employer in a manner that impresses them you will most probably receive more money for your services.
The smart people include following information their CV.
1)..EDUCATION:-State briefly, but definitely,what schooling you have had, and in what subjects you specialised,giving the reasons for that specialisation.
2)..EXPERIENCE:-Be sure to bring out clearly any special experience you may have had which would equip you to fill the position you seek.
3)..REFERENCE:- Be particular to present to employer the information about your
(I) Former employer.
(II) Teacher under whom you studied.
(III) Perminant people whose judgement maybe relied upon.
4)..BE SPECIFIC:-Don't apply for 'just position'.That indicates you lack specialised qualifications.
5)..WHY TO SELECT U- State exactly why employer should select you.Give full details as to the reason you believe you are qualified for the particular position you seek.
6)..OFFER TO GO TO WORK ON PROBITION:-Its most effective if you offer to work on probation for some time to enable employer to judge your value without pay.
7:-LONG CV:-DON'T be afraid to make your cv long.Employers want detailed information about you.

1).. COOPERATION:-Successful leaders must understand and apply the principle of cooperative effort and be able to induce followers to do the same.Leadership calls for power and power calls for cooperation.
2)..WILLINESS TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILTY:-Successful leaders must be willing to assume responsibility for the mistakes and shortcomings of their followers.If they try to shift this responsibility,they will not remain leaders.If followers make mistakes and became independent,its the leader who has failed.
3)..MASTERY OF DETAIL:-Successful leadership calls for mastery of details of leaders position.
4)..SYMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING:-Successful leaders must be in sympathy with their followers.They must understand them and their problems.
5)..A PLEASING PERSONALITY:-Leaders call for respect.Followers will not respect leaders who don't score highly on all factors of pleasing personality.
6)..THE HABIT OF DOING MORE THAN PAID FOR:- A best and successful leader must be always willing to more than they require of their followers.
